Blocked File Attachment(s) when Sending Exchange Email

I am unable to send PDF or Word .doc files through Exchange.

When I check email in my Virginia Tech Exchange account, I get the message "Symantec Mail Security replaced the attachment with this text message. The original file contained error and was deleted.". What does this mean?

Bitlocker Drive Encryption on Dell Computers

I'm having problems with Bitlocker drive encryption not storing the key on TPM on my Dell computer. Windows is not relinquishing ownership of the TPM chip in order to store the Bitlocker key; therefore, Bitlocker drive encryption is failing  on my Dell computer with one of the following model numbers:

Exchange Email Message Throttling and Limits

As part of the expanded anti-spam/blocklist prevention measures, Virginia Tech is implementing sending rate limits on Exchange email services starting on March 23, 2016. With this change, individual Exchange email accounts will be limited to a message rate of 30 emails per minute and a unique recipient rate limit of 10,000 recipients per day.
