4Help is using a new ticketing system: Our new IT service management system-ServiceNow-has been implemented. A new web-based support request form, still accessed via the web address 4help.vt.edu, is available.
This initial implementation involves only groups within the 4Help organization. ServiceNow coordination with 4Help's other University partners will proceed throughout the fall semester. We will continue to develop these services to provide easy access to IT information.
